Many elements for such project need to be considered in order to optimize the return on investment and for not delaying its development: using wisely the built-up area, matching the requirements of the owner regarding the industrial equipments, matching the requirements of local authorities, optimizing the cost of construction, developing an exterior design that enhances the corporate image of the owner's company.
For the development of the 2,000 sqm land, an iconic and modern conceptual approach was retained. Regarding the technical approach, the space is optimized by having multi-level basements and providing attic floors.
