Market Study for the Feasability of a Commercial Complex

Historically Kuwait is a country where people having different cultures live. Indeed since the 60’s-70’s, the part of incoming migrants reaches about 70% of the total population. In this context one of the local organisms in charge of the economic development assigned Prime United Company to lead a complete market study concerning a commercial complex inside a worker camp of 3,100 workers.

Thanks to the double culture of engineering and business at Prime United Company, the original design approach allows a complete optimization of the total surface of 800 sqm. The building itself facilitates the traffic for workers and visitors and avoid any undesirable mass effects. Thus the organization of the 11 stores plus extensions and facilities is done carefully: the main stores - in terms of brand awareness - are located at strategical parts of the building and are easily visible from outside and the surrounding roads.
